Located in Tanger Outlets, Suite 1210, Flawless Gems Jewelry & Watch Repair offers an exceptional selection of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. Our collection includes gold, silver, diamond, moissanite, and natural gemstone pieces, along with custom engagement rings, wedding bands, personalized engravings, and an extensive range of watch bands.
We proudly carry trusted brands like G-Shock, Citizen, Bulova, Luminox, and Victorinox.
Our in-house jeweler and certified watchmaker provide a full range of professional repair and restoration services, including ring resizing, stone and diamond replacement, prong and setting work, permanent jewelry, battery replacement, band adjustments, pocket watch service, and complete watch repair.

Established in 2024, Flawless Gems Jewelry & Watch Repair was founded by Tawfeek and Safe, who bring over eight years of combined experience in fine jewelry and horology.
Tawfeek, a graduate of the New Approach School for Jewelers, has spent nearly a decade crafting custom pieces and performing precision repair work. His dedication to detail and artistry defines the Flawless Gems standard.
Safe studied at the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) and previously managed a jewelry store in Dawsonville, GA, blending his technical expertise with hands-on retail experience.
Together, they opened Flawless Gems with a clear mission: to provide a trusted local destination for quality repair, custom design, maintenance, and fine jewelry — built on integrity, craftsmanship, and faith.
Their values are simple and unwavering: put clients first, deliver excellent work, act with honesty, and trust in God. Tawfeek and Safe are proud to serve their community and committed to building lasting relationships for years to come.

As two young men in America blessed with unique skills, we know that with faith in God, the sky is the limit. Our goal is to create the most luxurious, trustworthy, and welcoming jewelry experience for generations to come.
In the near future, we’ll be completing our store remodel, featuring new showcases, shelving, wall décor, and a custom partition wall. We’re also excited to introduce permanent jewelry services on-site in the coming weeks.
Our watch collection is growing too — with Victorinox arriving soon, followed by Tissot and Hamilton.
As we continue learning about Commerce and North Georgia, our jewelry selection evolves with our customers’ tastes. We’re proudly expanding into natural gemstone and white gold jewelry, while gradually phasing out cubic zirconia pieces in favor of higher-quality offerings.

Repairs
Yes — the majority of our repairs are completed on-site by our in-house jeweler and watchmaker. In rare cases, certain specialized work may be handled by another trusted local jeweler, but your jewelry is never shipped out. You can always feel confident knowing your piece stays safe and close to home.
Watch repairs can range from simple fixes to more complex restorations. We generally quote up to 14 business days to allow for part sourcing, compatibility checks, and shipment delays.
For more advanced timepieces such as pocket watches and automatic chronographs, turnaround time is typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the repair and parts availability.
We always do our best to complete work sooner when possible and provide regular updates throughout the process.
In most cases, yes. Rings made from sterling silver, 10K–24K gold, or platinum can usually be resized (though rare anomalies may occur). However, rings made of stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, carbon fiber, or cobaltcannot be resized due to the hardness and structure of those metals.
Sales
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for undamaged jewelry pieces. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
Jewelry broken from improper use will not be taken back.
Yes! For the brands we’re authorized dealers of, we’re happy to contact our sales representatives to locate a specific model for you.
For brands we’re not authorized dealers for, we primarily source ultra-luxury timepieces such as Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, Breitling, and Tudor. These special orders require a deposit and pre-wire payment prior to sourcing.
